What video file formats do you accept?
We accept all major video formats, including MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, and more. Our upload portal is designed to handle footage from any device—smartphones, DSLRs, professional cameras, drones, and screen recordings. If you have a unique file format, just let us know.
How do I upload large video files?
Our secure, cloud-based platform is built to handle large files and entire project folders with ease. For your convenience, we also support file transfers via Google Drive, Dropbox, and WeTransfer. Simply share a link with us in your creative brief.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final video?

While we recommend providing the audio you'd like to use (to ensure it's trending in your region and niche), our editors are social media experts and can suggest popular audio styles. However, for licensing reasons, the final choice and responsibility for the audio will be yours.

Our standard turnaround for long form content (typically 5-30 minutes) is 48 hours. For longer or more complex projects like documentaries, we will provide a custom timeline with your quote.
