By accessing and using the services provided by FT Creative ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FT Creative provides digital creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Long-form and short-form video editing
  • Motion graphics and visual effects
  • YouTube channel management and strategy
  • Thumbnail design

The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement for each engagement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees, the Company grants the Client a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their business purposes.

**Client Materials:** You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any materials (footage, images, audio) provided to us for the project.

**Company Background Technology:** We retain all rights to our pre-existing methodologies, tools, templates, and general know-how used to create the deliverables.

4. Payment and Refunds

**Payment Terms:** Payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or according to milestones.

**Refunds:** Due to the custom nature of our creative work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will offer reasonable revisions as specified in your agreement.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a standard number of revision rounds (typically two) to ensure the final output meets your vision. Additional revisions outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FT Creative be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
  • Any content obtained from the services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
