Rather than employing rapid cuts, the team allowed testimonials breathing room, letting pauses and emotional inflections in speakers' voices become focal points. A warm, swelling acoustic score underscored themes of "hope" and "healing," building gradually as the narrative transitioned from past struggles to future possibilities. The editing emphasized reaction shots and connection moments between the Sheriff and community members, visually reinforcing the audio message that individuals are valued as human beings first.
